Hartley Home Care's team of managers will assist you through your journey, noting all your information to create an individual care plan tailored to you. Your personalised care plan will be based around your daily routine and requirements making sure we understand what is important to you. Each individual customer has different expectations and we make sure our carers work hard to meet these expectations. Our team of managers will go through all your needs and requirements, such as your medication, allergies and your health and safety needs, making sure you're happiness is always at the forefront of our mind.

Our Managers will review each customers care plan regularly, detailing any changes that may have happened and noting it accordingly. In response to these changes, we will carry out carer supervisions so that we can arrange for extra training or support to be given to the carers if it is needed in order to personalise our services to you even further.

Procedures and checks are carried out to ensure we always deliver a high-quality service. We are using state-of-the-art technology helping us coordinate home care visits and safely put together and oversee care packages. We use a secure System called "Birdie" to log each home care visit. When using "Birdie" each of our visiting carers clock-in and clock-out every time they visit a customer. With the customer's permission their families can see the carer's notes and can check how their family members are doing. 

This real-time monitoring means Hartley Home Care, knows the exact location of each individual carer at any one time. This will help with the rare occasion a problem occurs where the staff will keep the customers up to date with the new arrangements if necessary.

We believe that discretion is at the heart of top quality home care, so, in order to maintain your dignity and privacy our staff do not wear a uniform. Thus, you are not identified to the public as a person receiving care.
